Dining chair, Hand-built in Ash wood

The concept behind the A01 chair was to create a pleasant everyday chair. The backrest is organically shaped and embra- ces the back when sitting down.

Angled rear legs defines the space of the chair and supports the armrests where the tensi- ons is the biggest. This makes it possible to create elbow sup- ports which also gives the chair its character.

The “ears” has an angle of 45 degrees to the sides and follows the downward direction of the backrest, which results in a relaxed positioning of the shoulders when resting your arms. Another purpose of the outward angled armrests is that the chair can be stacked.
